1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you may do so by contacting our support team at info@jstestingacademy.co.in . A full refund will be issued.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or refund according to our refund policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- If you have subscribed to any of our services, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial use of subscription services within a billing cycle.
- To cancel a subscription, log in to your account and manage your subscription settings or contact our support team.
3. Training or Course Cancellation
- Before Course Start Date: If you cancel a booked training session or course at least 48 hours before the start date, a full refund will be provided.
- After Course Start Date: No refunds will be provided once the course has begun.
- If CHANGE2TESTAUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
4. Payment Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider policies.
5. Exceptions
- Cancellations and refunds for digital products (such as downloadable content) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom services or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once the work has begun.
